Weekends, public holidays and full classes can't be selected. Programs start only on the dates that show places left, and the number is the fewest places left across that program's days.

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child or children named above, and I give permission for them to take part in Actuate Financial Management’s holiday program. I understand that participants are supervised by Actuate facilitators during program hours and I am responsible for safe drop-off and pick-up; that in an emergency Actuate may contact the emergency person listed and seek medical help if needed; and that my information is used only to run and communicate about this program and is not shared without my consent.

Optional: I allow photos or videos of my child to be used for Actuate promotion. I can withdraw this permission in writing at any time, and leaving it unticked does not affect my child’s place.

*Virtual programs run for 3.5 hours per day. Every duration is available in person or virtual. Fees are per child before savings: booking 2 children saves 10% and 3 or more saves 15%. Places are held for 48 hours, and unpaid bookings are then released. Classes run on weekdays only and are closed on public holidays. Programs run during the April, August and December school holidays.
